Supplies and Purchase Department

The Supplies and Purchase department is responsible for the procurement process, including the variety types of materials, equipments, supplies, services and other requirements of the company and in order to adapt with the purchase process with the quality requirements of the organization, the following actions  are implemented:

·        Identifying, evaluating and ranking the suppliers continuously on the basis of their ability to provide the products or services in accordance with the requirements of the organization and the demands of the employers through inspections and other methods.

·        Setting up and maintenance records of the evaluation results.

·        Provide a list of credible supplier and manage their relationships with them.

·        Planning the purchase and analyzing process reports and summarizing the results of the studies to the operating management and other relevant units according to necessity.
